Q. When Is A Service Not A Service?A. When it's Blueyonder email.
Lately, my email has been unavailable for up to 2 hours, several times a day, most days of the week. They obviously don't have the server capacity to satisfy their existing customers.
If you've run out of pies, where's the logic in going out and selling more pies? Is this just a British malaise? It seems to be very common over here; get their money and then leave them dangling.
