When Will Managers Start Admitting That Skill Is A Major Factor?I was just thumbing through a PowerPoint presentation on quality assurance, and one slide in particular made my blood boil.
It said (bold as brass): "Quality assurance is chiefly limited by TIME and MONEY"
So there's no element of knowledge or skill involved, then?
A group of unskilled QA bods and a group of skilled QA bods will, given the same budget and schedule, achieve the same level of quality assurance?
Yeah, that sounds about right...
